2. The phone numbers, with area code, at which your clients are
most likely to reach you;
3. The name, address and phone number of the office where you
are based;
4. Your email and/or web site address;
...we can get this
information from your web site - just confirm that it's all
accurate.
5. Payment of $299.00 for
the program - this is the total price you pay for an
unlimited number of copies of the program delivered
to your clients as downloads!
PLEASE NOTE: the $299 one-time fee includes:

creation of your customized program
- preparation of your personalized download web page
- hosting your page on our web server for one year from the date
of your order
At the end of the year you
may move your page to your own web site, or continue to have us
host the page at an annual fee of $50 - that's less than $1 per week. |
