Promote your eCalendar - everywhere. Make it as freely available as your business card, your phone number, and your email address. If folks don't know about it, folks can't use it. If they do know about it they will use it, and tell their friends about it. The number of calendar downloads you get will be in direct proportion to the amount of promotion you direct towards the eCalendar. Our clients who are promoting it vigorously and regularly are enjoying lots of downloads, with excellent "pass-along to family and friends" results. |

your eStationery for all your emails. The eStationery has a permanent built-in link to your eCalendar download page so the offer of your free eCalendar goes out with every email you send. If you're not using DTES eStationery yet, simply add a hypertext link to your current signature file, like this: John Doe Your Realtor 555.678.1234 Get your free eCalendar here... - this link would go to your eCalendar download page. Encourage your clients to forward your email to family, friends and
colleagues... ...so they can get your eCalendar too. When you send your eCalendar offer out by email directly to your email list, you should consider that direct "Vertical Distribution" - this is limited to the number of email addresses on your list. The family/friends pass-along factor should be considered indirect "Lateral Distribution" - this is free, endorsed, unlimited distribution from credible sources since everyone likes to share good news and free products. |

| 4. | Offer
the eCalendar as a free download on the front page of your website. Feature a small screen shot of the eCalendar and the offer like this:

Flyers, Postcards - offer your eCalendar on all your printed material. Add the following line to every one of your printed pieces: "Visit my website for your free gift" followed by your website address. You're already paying for the printing - it will cost no more to add that line. |

Personal Contact - carry hard copies on CD and diskette. Copy the eCalendar installation file onto a dozen or so of those snazzy little mini-CDs, carry them with you and hand them out to whomever you wish, just like your business card. Real Estate clients can distribute these mini-CDs at Open House events, meetings, seminars, etc. Not sure how to do this? Ask us... |

Remember - with every
eCalendar in use by a prospect or a client, you are sending them 365
reminders every year of who you are and where you can be reached. This means
10 eCalendars = 3,650 annual reminders; 100 eCalendars = 36,500 annual reminders, 1,000 eCalendars = 365,000 annual reminders, and so on. |
